Super Silver Sour Diesel x 6 (my own seeds) No other additions as far as cannabis is concerned for my own sanity right now.

I'm also growing medicinal herbs, flowers, and vegetables.

Crystals will be on deck, I'm actually considering getting some more, so if anyone has a good source, I would love the referral.

I'm also going to look for another tent. One zipper went, then another on my big tent, which I really don't need right now considering 75% of what I'm growing is actually going towards a grade for my degree. So, I guess I'll just seal the room with some blackout curtains or something. Complaint went nowhere, but considering the times, there's no reason to be a jerk and I just hope all is well.

Growth medium: Mother Earth Coco
Lights: MARS Hydro TS1000W & TS3000
Distilled water - set out in buckets (no additives)
Canna 1 & 2 and General Hydroponics CalMag on standby when/if needed

To y'all who know more than me: I got a tray warmer thing for one of the medicinal herbs I need to start. Would it make a difference to cannabis seeds to place them on it, too or no?

When I use a heating mat, I usually use it in conjunction with a propitiation chamber. I probably go a little overboard because I like the environment to be controlled. I am guessing that your “tray thing” is just that. Sounds like you got it down pretty good.

Have you used the mars lights before?
I am using spider farmer SF-4000x4.

I guess I will just let the seeds do what they do minus the warmer. I see no need to mess up what isn't broken. I appreciate your input.

I did use Mars in my last grow, which was my first. I didn't have any problems. The thread is listed above, if you want to take a look before I remove it. I haven't heard of Spider Farmer. I will look it up.

What grow wouldn't be complete for me without a hiccup? Got a reminder in the mail, so I am starting the following:

SSSD x 6 regular seeds
Carolina Dream x 2 fem seeds (Cannatonic x AC/DC (Indica Dominant Hybrid))
Wild Bourbon x 2 fem seeds (AC/DC x Sour Tsunami (Sativa Dominant Hybrid))
Golden Redwood x 2 fem seeds (Sour Tsunami x Cannatonic (50/50 Hybrid))

I'm also starting:
Wickline Cherry tomatoes
Marketmore Cucumbers
Mortgage Lifter tomatoes
Echinacea
Hibiscus Sabdariffa
Spilanthes
Holy Basil
Calendula

I'm not growing all of this to be different than everyone else. There is a reason for each, if you are interested in why, please feel free to ask. Not all will stay in the house as far as the tomatoes go. Heads up for anyone interested: Echinacea is best used fresh and is not a friend to those with immunodeficiencies over long term.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

My last grow, my hubs and I were not feeling ourselves and at the end there, I thought I had killed all my plants at the last stage due to the extreme humidity. I'm grateful that all is well. However, I have had to move the tents around and I'm scrubbing them from top to bottom and letting them air out.

Did you know:

Murphy's Oil Soap is a fantastic cleaner that plants like? Yeah, I didn't either. It's naturally organic and it naturally keeps bugs away. The things you learn.

First stage, I sprayed everything down with a mixture of bleach and water. I'm good with this, bleach is found naturally occuring in nature (obviously not like you see in gallon jugs). I let that air dry. Then came in with Murphy's oil soap and some elbow grease and I'm letting that dry.

Next up: Tables and getting the hubs to zip me in the tent so I can check for light leakage for the big tent. I'll worry about another one next time if an opportunity doesn't come up before I really need it.

Ina, please forgive me, but are you here in the states? I still haven't grasped how to look at profiles and such here. It confuses me sometimes, but my cog skills are improving considerably.

Thank you for the comments, by the way! It is very spiritual to me. I'm ingesting into my ailing body what is producing, you know? It has to be. It's like this: My husband was pissed off one day for some reason or another (it happens when his bp is all over the place after a heart attack), but he went into the kitchen to cook. Guess what he's using to make my food? I don't want my food to be full of hate and anger, you know? Maybe that's weird to others, but from a chemical level, it makes sense to me. Same goes for medicine, no matter what it is. You ingest it, it's medicine because it has to fuel your body, otherwise, what is the purpose?

A while back, I made a purchase from a person I thought was a reputable person after I received my license to grow. Turned out he wasn't so reputable and for a small grower it was a costly lesson. Seeds showed up in my mailbox with a note that they were from Oregon from someone who wanted to make it right. COAs and more info is here. But, really, are they from there? Who knows, you know? I'm trying to grow something either way. I guess we will see what comes out.

Last time I grew S.T. was from a clone. The strain produces a lot of phenotypes and only about 25% produce high CBD, so haven't ever sourced a seed.

I understand, that's why I was asking. Here's the latest. Fingers crossed my seeds pop. Apparently, cannabis, holy basil, and spilanthes like each other. I'm very interested in this with my vegetables. I read somewhere (now I can't find the link) about in the 1930s that's how it was grown, with crops to help them produce better crops. I figured it doesn't hurt to try either way. Makes sense to me on the surface. They must all like each other's scent, etc.
