This probably doesn't happen if mr winkler stays in Washington st. Wish i knew him would have told him to stay put sea-tac is beautiful.So cal Leo are a bunch of thugs ...we aren't supposed to live in fear of these guys like the Kelly Thomas case. These guys who are major league A-holes ex military with PTSD guys that got bullied in high school or bully jocks these are the guys I know becoming LA Leo they are then being put in positions of power basically unchecked or overlooked ( rampart, LA co jail got exposed forced fights inmate abuse etc etc) they also see a lot of wild things that condition them to see the worst in people which isn't a good thing. If you ever get bored look at some of the Leo videos on YouTube and how they interact with citizens how they talk down to citizens it's terrible. The system is broken here they tax you on money coming in then they tax you on that same money when you spend it then out here in LA co they give those chicken shit tickets and parking violation tickets to meet their quota for the month which is basically another form of taxation. Its a mess we have a problem.
