Label windows for jars to store it in?

I want an easy way to label the jars that you cure then store the bud in. I was thinking of a label maker but then you would be peeling it off when you put a different kind in the jar. Does anyone know if there is a laminated see through envelope kind of thing you can put on the jar like the laminated see through envelopes you put on an item you mail to put the label in on there?

What do you use to label your jars for it on there?

I use post it notes cut into a label strip. Stays on the lids well and peels right off for new strains.

I keep the rest of the post its for notes and scrap paper and to fold in half to transfer kief.

But if i had a lot more jars i like @Jack og ’s suggestion

They make markers for wine bottles. It's like a felt top marker
