I want to make 3 rows of vertical lights that flip from the bottom row to the top row, with a 3 minute overlap since my AC will not be able to handle 24 lights at once, but I also do not want to interrupt the light cycle.

Can you help?

i started a conversion olyver i don't if you got it, but it was about having a controller built. I included what the panel would entail if its something you could do. i'm new to this with the forums so i wanted to make sure i was doing this right. thanks and sick panels very profesional looking.
