my plant is changing into a black puple color on one of the tops is this good or bad

my temp is about 75 and humidity about 67 my room is in the basement 8 feet wide 7 feet tall got a 1000 watt hps covering half the room and i put carboard up for the door opens half way up when i need to open itAre you growing in a sealed room? Your humidity is to high! In vege 55%rh and bloom 45%rh and down is what you want. I wouldn't spray the buds because your humidity is to high. You need to bring in fresh air and exhaust the air in the basement. Or you may want to get a dehumidifier.and what

Has anybody ever came across this ? Someone told me it could be mites but I see no webbs and no bugs but lots of black dots,15-25 days untill I harvest what could it be,I was spraying them about 2 weeks ago with a boost ?but I stopped after noticing this
