Leaf damage , what might be the case

Guys what do you think mighty have caused this:
1. Pesticides i used on them cuz of spider mite infestation
2. Spraying them with water 3-4 times a week
3. Leaving them 2 days in dark (technical problems)
And how can i make em recover

Make sure they are not sprayed during the light cycle.

Stop spraying them with water.

Correct the light cycle.

Damaged leaves will not get better but may get new growth thats healthy if you can keep a good environment and pest free.

Yield will suffer and depending on your situation consider scrapping the grow and giving a thorough clean and disinfect the starting over.

Salvageable but depends on how confident you are in turning then around
