This looks like light stress to me? Its an ac infinity evo6 set to 30% at around 3ft from the canopy. Thats only 150w. Temps have been cold, 70 average during lights on 68 lights off. Im using a spacer heater to help but its not quite enough, and the light isnt warm at only 30%.

The curling only seems to be at the canopy and it is affecting new growth as well. Worse in the middle of the tent. Wth is going on here?

Plants are bioall365 and fed organic dry ammendments once per month and given ph 6-6.5 tap water.

Given your set-up it shouldn't be light/heat stress, but it sure looks like it!

Middle of the tent and only on the tops makes my first guess light stress.

I would think at 10 weeks of veg they could handle 150w of light. Very bizzare

What kind of PPFD reading are you getting at the tops level? You can turn your lights down even more and see how they respond. if they improve, check that you're getting good air exchange in the tent because you may have low CO2 preventing you from dialing your lights up to what they should be. If plants can't handle a light intensity they should be fine with, that's where I would look. Supplemental CO2 allows for insane light levels, and a deficiency makes them more sensitive to it.
