Need some help identifying. I am in week 4 of flowering. Using lotus nutrients and cal/mag; RO water with ph of 6.2 after nutes added. It’s only affecting one branch currently; starting from the top so I know it’s immobile. I can get more pictures tonight when the lights come on, if needed.

Does that top get more intense light, either because it's near the middle or closer to the light? I'm thinking it's burnt.

I have checked PPFD and this top is getting about 800 µmol/(m²·s). This top is actually close to the edge of the tent. I have tops in my other tent (I have 2 plants in each 2x4 tent) that are getting 1300 µmol/(m²·s) and looking amazing.

I just checked my ec @ 2.8 and also 1400ppm my ph @ 6.5 of the batch of water I just made up, which is exactly what the lotus schedule is saying. I’m in fox farms ocean forest with California super soil hot soil mixed in a layer towards the bottom but I’ve been feeding lotus since the 30 day mark. I’m also using lotus boost along with the bloom.

Ok so I came on here with the same issue only I'm in week 2 of flower, only thing I've been plucking roughly between 5-12 leaves daily because of this and I thought it was nute burn out light but I stopped with the nutrients and lowered my lighting but it's kept happening, now that I see your post we have 1 thing in common, fix farm ocean forest, I had never used it before I always used Coco loco and never had this problem

Yeah I don’t know what to do really. I’m going to feed regular again and see what it does.

I will run a soil slurry test today. I’m thinking it may be lockout. I was hoping to have some more responses by now.

That ec sounds pretty high to me it looks like nitrogen toxicity and light burn same time so hard to say what could be wrong and if only 1 branch do that. Ppfd sounds high too if you dont use more co2.

So it looks like a second plant is affected now. What should I do? Should I flush?

I’m following the schedule from lotus. Also, they have been under a cheap ac infinity light and getting about 800 umols. Co2 is about 580ppm in the lung room. They are under good lighting since 2 days ago. I got much better lights now.

Im hydro grower so i cant help best with soil but that lotus nutrients ec still sound very high to me but i dont know. I use canna and highest is 2.2 ec with tap water (1.8 w/o) and that have too much with some strains. If you can take whole plant pic and new places where u got issues. 🙂

I went ahead and just bought the bluelab soil ph pen. Out of the box my ph is 6.8. I think I found my problem?
I watered with straight RO water last night.

We need some soil grower help im totally novice with soil but if i remember right 6-7 ph in soil is good.

Ok. After calibrating my pen, I tested both affected plants and had 5.4 and 5.3. I have been flooding with 8.5ph 0 TDS RO/DI water for the past 2 days to strip the salt buildup from the rootzone. I have also acquired a bag of Recharge to replenish the bacteria population in the soil after flooding is complete. As you can see in the pictures, one of the plants has it pretty bad now and I am starting to see slight burnt tips on all plants.
