Can you take photos under natural light? Don't pluck the leaves off to do it. Photos of the rest of the plant help (and, removing leaves before the plant drops them can rob the plant of those stored nutrients which may still exist.).

I think they look good. I assume the Home Depot bucket has holes in the bottom? They seem overwatered (kept too wet, too long), maybe overfed.

What is the soil? What do you feed? How much? How often do you water or feed? The soil should be allowed to dry significantly. A common mistake new growers make is to water everyday like it's a houseplant. That causes problems. You want a good drench with 10% runoff, then wait for the soil to be very dry. (It's hard to quantify what that is. A common way to judge that is lifting the container and feeling how light it is. It should feel alarmingly/unnaturally light.).

The others are the same strain? Does that plant get the same light, and air flow? Does it's container feel as light as the others when you feed? Maybe it would benefit being closer to the fan to help it transpire more?

It seems a little droopy, like too wet, too long.
