I got this light in my kit. My question was as an Led virgin (ooooh don't touch me there!)

How many plants in what size pots can I put under it and grow ?

Based on the lights middling 690 ppfd I would recommend an auto you can run 20 hours a day. 690 is low for photos in flower with a DLI of 30.
Fill a 3x3 with autos in 3 gallon fabric pots. First time do 1. Then 2. Then when you got the nutrition profile figured out and temps and humidity stable fill it up.
Based on your question you seem pretty new to growing. Look at
www.growweedeasy for basic information like how many plants for a light and other topics on pot cultivation.

Hi. Thx mate, I'm not new but returning to growing after years. I've never used a led before so needed the help and advice from you sexy bastards :)

With LED's you basically you want about 30-35 watts per sq. ft of growing space.

square shaped 300W light is good for flowering a 3x3 tent, scale a tad bit small for a 4x4

amount of plants may vary widely depending the growing method sog, scrog, topping or not etc.

I don't know yet. Will hopefully see today if I get around to unpacking it all and set it all up ;)

That is only 2 dimensions. How tall?
A picture of two could help. This is my Sativa tent

You can get some good size it that tent.
I just started flower in the tall tent. An the plants are about 2ft tall. Will be spreading them out with a net shortly.

I usually get 3-500gram for 300w lamp in it

How tall is tall tent? What brand is it?
