Hi all.
New grower here.
Feminized hybrid
Biobizz all mix
King bright 240w

I made the mistake of thinking that all that mattered was ppfd and therefore had the light 2.5 feet from the seedlings. I corrected the mistake as I felt they got leggy . I’m now about 18 inches away. But just wanted to share my progress one week from sprout. Should I push until light burn? Light at 40%

No keep it like it is now. Light burn causes all kinds of leaf problems and will slow down your grow. That looks good as it is. I've got some 2wk old seedlings i just placed under a 250watt and they are 50" away cause my lamp is set at 100% in my tent do to 4 plants in late flower. I'm real cautious about frying plants.

As with most environmental changes, it's good practice to observe the plant(s) for a few hours to a few days before making additional changes. Light stress can be apparent within a few hours. According to the inverse square law (intensity ∝ 1 / distance^2) as it applies to light intensity and distance, the light power should be reduced when moving it from 30 inches to 18 inches, because the shorter distance will nearly triple the light intensity.

Not so long ago I started using this slimming product which I bought from this website - https://wаys2well.com/product/semaglutide . And I can already see the result of this weight loss drug, it really works and I have already lost a few kilos. So if you also want to lose weight, then I advise you this medicine.

Since your lights are hanging at max canopy it seems all you have is intensity and staying in the PPFD range for stage of growth. Don't discount PPFD. Worrying about frying your plants is probably causing you to overthink and fiddle with the grow to much. I don't use fullspectrum so I have the ability to adjust red, white and blue % individually.

Hi there, I have the same light am also a new grower. Could you share the distances and percentages that have been working for you for seedling veg and flower perhaps?

Hi there fellow grower. I’m not sure I’ve hit the sweet spot yet. I’m merely just letting the plant tell me what it needs coupled with googling images and reading older posts. At the moment I’m about 40-45 cm from the canopy at 60-65 percent.
Though I just noticed slightly yellow leaf tips and I will raise the light tomorrow ( in flower/stretch and it might be closer to 35cm at the moment. I think 45 cm would be fine during veg and about 350 ppdf.

Such great advice! Caring for plants is truly an art. It's like playing a Friday Night Funkin song; you have to find the plant's rhythm and you just can't rush it. Thanks for reminding us about the importance of patience!

Get a cheap ppfd meter. So worth the money for peace of mind imo
