Left light on during dark period

I accidently turned the light on for my room without knowing it while I was feeding my plants. It was just a 100 watt candescent bulb. My plants are 4 weeks into flower and the majority of them take 10 or so weeks before harvest. Will that 100 watt bulb being on for the full 12 hours of darkness ruin my crop or should I be ok this time? I was told once by a friend that the first 3 weeks of bud is the most critical and I that I had to make sure not to stress them out.

hard to say man - some of the plants close to the bulb may be affected - keep an eye on them for male clusters

thanks for the reply. The bulb is mounted on the ceiling. When you say male clusters are you reffering to the balls?

yeah but not always the typical balls on a fem plant that hermaphrodites

sometimes you just a few bananas here and there
