Question 1—How imperative is it that I seal off the top of my tent to avoid light escape? I did cut out some holes to allow air circulation in there via a small fan so I need them open but was wondering about the top.

Question 2— I got this 600w LED light where it has the options of veg or bloom or both. I’m in my second week of flowering and have both on. That ok or should I just have bloom on? Bloom only is a lot more red.

Thanks.

Keep both switches on, that's a blurple and you'll need all the power out of it you can get. (I've got a couple too, they work but not the best). Light escape from the top isn't a big deal, by the time the light has reached there its power is so minimal I wouldn't be worried about loss. Just make sure light isn't coming in during night cycle.
