so plant b is closer to the fan and pant a is the furthest away but looks better should i have my fan at the bottom blowing or put it at the top sorry for all my posts

Can we see a picture that shows the fan blowing on plant A and B? I'm more inclined to think that your issue with your plants is in the root zone and the air itself blowing on the plants isn't really contributing that much to the way they look.

To better assist you, please list in as much detail as possible the grow media you're using including the size pot; your watering frequency and how much water you're using; and any nutrients or amendments you've been using. Also please list your daytime temps and RH readings as well as temps and RH when your lights are off.

ok am using this soil and feed and the pots are 10 liter pots am using 600w sunblaster and my temp 24 degrees humidy 45 am on 8 weeks now from seen 18 on 6 off m8

Watering habits?

Edit: I'm not familiar with your soil choice as its not sold in my area. I need to know how often you're watering your plants. How much feed you're using and if you're using nutrients every time you feed.

If I were to guess without having much information to work with, you're watering too often and not letting your soil dry back. Your leaves look heavy and swollen in the pictures above.
