How will I know if I eradicated them? I cut off a leaf and found some mites. None of them were moving so I hope they are dead. I want to flip my plant to flower but would like to do it without bugs.

dont mow your lawn and/or trim your trees, and walk straight into your indoor garden! - lol,
even leaving a door open for too long will introduce pests....
*early spring/nothing outside growing yet and I have 8 big green plants inside, bugs will smell that chlorophyl (food) at 100yds

Aphids will also leave exoskeleton (white chaff) might not be mites?

Aphids would present differently I would think. My cherry tree usually takes the brunt from the aphids. I'm assuming my plant would look more shriveled by the way they attack the tree.
