I figured being in a new house and a new area, I'd start up a new thread. Welcome to
LockeBox in the Lungroom

For the first time in my growing days, I'll have central heat and air.

Here's a sneak peak at the room, still have to go back for the other tent. It will go Infront of the window on left, need black curtains.

To kick things off, here we have some un-rooted cuts I brought from the old place.
-8 Original Og x Madmartigan
-7 Real Sour x Okie #2
-5 Real Sour x Okie #1

Upon arrival to the new house, the clones were all still covered in dew and the dome was moist like shown above. I took the dome off for about 30 seconds, wiped it with a paper towel, and replaced it.

Then, I set the entire dome on a plant saucer and pushed it in the corner with the sf2000 on 20%. (Fan in pic is off)

Then to really put the cherry on top, I decided to pop some more seeds for the other tent when I get it here.

I decided to go with two seeds. I have a whole plan for both tents in mind but I will keep it to myself so I seem less sporadic if I change it

Weekend Update.

Been 5 days since taking cuts, no sign of roots but all looking good! got all 4 vents cracked like one in pic.

Planted the Grandpa's Stash in happy frog solos with granular mykos. Put in SF tent for now

Got the hlg tent setup ready to go, outside of a couple extension cords and a power strip lol. Will set humidifiers and inkbirds up in near future probably

Mid-Week Update

Things are moving right along in and out of the grow. Got the house pretty much unpacked and setup, got my boy and my wife moved in, and have put in about a billion job apps haha.

Grandpa's Stash seedlings doing seedling things. They've claimed the SF tent and it's running at 45% light intensity.
Both had issues with helmets, plant G lost it's helmet but I had to free the membrane with my finger nail. Plant S opened up, but is holding onto it's helmet.

The Real Sour x Okie & Original Og x Madmartigan cuts doing well. No roots yet, day 8 today. Been misting and have all 4 vents fully open now. Remoistened the 2 or 3 plugs I felt needed it last night. They have taken residence in the HLG tent, 20% light intensity.

Spent this morning configuring my first humidity controller setup the controller being on the floor kills me but you win some you lose some. Will do the second tent sometime.

Hope it works, may need to move things around it's seeming to stay around 43% with humidifier on max. Maybe it's me opening and closing the tent over and over will monitor today as I wait for wifi dude
Settings:
Set humidity 50%
Hum diff 4.0
Dehum diff 10.0( don't have dehum lol)
Alarm high 80%
Alarm low 10%
Ct 0

Quick setup change, posted a minute too soon lol. This seems to be filling the tent better and working better with a straight shot on the hose. Plus the added saucer, Gotta protect that tent tray

Great stuff man, and yeah keep that tent closed with humidifier going. My humidity drops almost 20% when I open my tent! Excited to see the progress in the new house bro!!

Hell yeah man thanks! I’m loving it haha, having my own room dedicated to growing is seriously kickass.
The humidity is creeping up around 47% now so I’m hoping it will hit 50 and be able to maintain that soon. Otherwise I could just run the humidifier without the inkbird

Weekend Update (1/2)

Hahah bro, I need more experience in my taste and flavor pallet. Im sampling my Hades Throne and the best I can come up with is "diesely salty tortilla chip" not bad though, something different.

Things are going most excellent in the cloning tent.
Day 11 and 4 outta 20 rooted. I've got at least one copy of each plant so im satisfied and proud

Weekend Update (2/2)

Alright, swapped over to my “grow phone” I forget to use. An iPhone with no service but a decent camera lol. My old phone had alright camera but little boy smashed it playing

Grandpas Stash R2 day 3 from sprout.

I’ve noticed seedlings get kinda stretchy under this light, oh well no biggie.

I do really like the fact it puts off almost 0 heat though. I managed to dial the humidity in at 40% with the temps constant between about 72 and 76. Not perfect VPD but Ill take it.

Lmao I put the dumb in ass y’all. The other day I couldn’t figure out why the humidifier couldn’t maintain humidity in the tent and ran 24 hours straight.
I had the vent flap open about 8” from the humidifier hose….

I made sure when I "Cranked it back up after 25 years or so" I made the room dark with blackout curtains for all windows. My growmies room has light leaks but he won't listen to me after 2 re-vegs? Cheers and congrats on a proper "Lung" room setup SS

Hell yeah thanks man! As soon as I get working again im definitely getting some black curtains. These vivosun grow tents aren't exactly light proof lol.
Never been an issue before but both tents are directly in front of windows now

Cloning is fun, pulling plugs outta the tray guessing if there’s roots or not.

If I break a root tip off here or there that can be considered root pruning eh?

I think like 6 are showing roots now. Fixing to have more plants than space

Didn’t plan on posting so much over the weekend, but it’s been a good one

To really ease ‘em in, I set up the second humidity controller and set the tent at 40% RH, 10% light intensity, and a constant 72ish temp.

lol @Trustfall ive mixed the cuts up at this point but I think they’ll identify easy.
So pumped to flower these

Grandpa doing the lean thing. Gonna hit these mommas hard Organic style

Clones doing the clone trooper thing. Gonna hit them some type some way, probably synthetic in a sea of green. Soil and pots are limited. 15/20 rooted, 9 planted so far. Going with the flow

Both tents are staying between 40% and 50% RH. Humidifiers hardly kicking on, temp is staying constant in mid 70s, love it man.

First of all congrats that all the movement stuff worked out fine. Some nice strains you got there coming :)
That clones look really nice man. Comparing with mine, yours look like athletes and mine like junkies
One question i have. Why did you put the tents right infront of the windows? Windows dont isolate as good as walls, so the outside temperature will effect everything behind a window more then behind a wall. Like if the sun shines on the window, it will raise temperature in the tent more. If it is really cold, it will be colder infront of the window than the wall. Just my thoughts, maybe its to much detail thinking :)

Hell yeah I appreciate that! The move was definitely a pain in the ass and I'm glad to be done. However, it all went smooth and my plans are coming together.
Thanks about the clones too! I can't too much credit though, @bigbagofbuds pretty much coached me through the whole thing.
As far as the windows go, that's just because of outlet placement and the easiest/ best way I can see setting the room up for now. Not ideal but still much better than it was in my old house lol
