Lockout? Deficiency of some sort?

This has progressed over a weeks time. Started out looking underfed and didn’t understand why. My first attempt at an organic indoor grow. Everything was good all through veg and the first 2 weeks of flower. I’m using 50% FFOF & 50% coco. Amended soil 2 weeks before flower with DTE 4-4-4, 4-8-4 & bio live as well as EWC all at 2 tbsp per gallon in 5 gallon and then after flip I noticed about two weeks in it was turning a pale yellow so I was confused thinking it was some sort of deficiency although I just amended the soil. Now in week 4 of flower and it has progressed even further and I also fed FF Big bloom as an immediate food source since I happened to have it on hand but now I’m just wondering if it’s a lockout somehow. I usually don’t ph my water (bottled spring water usually at 7.0) hoping someone could clue me in so I can learn something new. It’s also under an XS2000 temps in check. I have another plant beside it that’s doing just fine also. Although this is a little taller so possibly light burn? It was 14 inches from canopy.

Looks like lockout from too much fertilizer and unbalanced pH.

I'd say excess P and K, aka too much big bloom.

14 inches, ya light bleaching/stress.. raise it up to 24 inches to give em a break maybe even 30 inches..
sativa has longer flowering time so less light and nutrients during flowering
indica has a shorter flowering time so a little more food but the light is the same, it doesn’t need to be intense as in vegging.
go easy..

I only fed the big bloom after the yellow started showing strong tho

also...

I was under the impression PH doesn’t really matter growing organically in a soil based medium as it would buffer itself. Just as long as it’s not far opposites of the scale. 7.0 should’ve been just fine as far as I know. No? I’ll bring it down to 6.5 and see what happens.

If I put the light up to 30 inches isn’t that gonna short the plant of the required ppfd/par for flowering? I thought intensity in flower should be high than in veg? My light is currently at 18 inches/240W. Also a question I have, would it be more beneficial to have the light higher (18-24in) at 240 watts or lower (14-18in) at a more lower wattage? Just curious. Thanks for the reply as well.

i’m not sure about that light as in how to use it, i didn’t google it,
is it the right spectrum for flowering?
what ever wattage you run im not sure but raise it up, that is light stress bleaching if it was a deficiency the issue wouldn’t be so even over the canopy and generally would start lower on the plant..
just my two cents..
also with your trying to fix with feeding you may have caused a lockout also.,

also forget about that pp thing chart.,
light distance charts,
nutrient companies recommend feeding schedules..,
experience which now your learning is key!!!!
geezus if i followed charts my plants would be fried, cooked and garbage.,

Agreed. I definitely believe it was light burn after your response, as I switched my lights out beginning of flower and this one currently is stronger than the one used in veg. I moved it up and decreased wattage. Damage is done but lesson learned moving forward. Thanks for the help.

I'm just an old hippy but have you flushed it? Sometimes salts build up on the root systems and can ruin your ec (electrical connectivity). That e c will stop the roots from absorbing solutions until they are rinsed away.
