Hmm. That looks exactly like what I'm looking for! They have the 2
Columbian and the Panamanian varieties. I'm tying all 3. Thanks much.
My old friend reminds me of another Columbian variety that we used
to get(in the Dallas area, at $40 a "lid" oz!) that also had that taste profile,
but was going by the name "Santa Marta Red Bud". There is a mountain
range in Columbia that is named the "Sierra Nevada Santa Marta" range.
This pot had a reddish-brown color similar to cigarette tobacco.
I'll check back in a few months with what the results were.
