I’m currently doing my first grow in a 27x27 spider farmer tent. I would like to get a second one set up for a flowering tent. So far I’m thinking of getting an ax infinity cloud lab 2x4 tent, their t6 in-line fan and carbon filter, and I’m not really sure about a light. I’m currently thinking about a Mars hydrosp-3000. I’m a complete noob so I like to ask the opinion of much more knowledgeable folks such as yourselves.

I have one of their 4x4 tents. Just check the dimensions and consider if you want a taller tent with a little more height. I believe the 2x4 is only 60" high. The 4x4 is 80". Once you have the fan up top and hang the light, height can become an issue in the smaller tents. I'd recommend getting the tallest you can fit in your available space. Even with shorter autoflowers height can become an issue and better to have extra room than not enough. I went with the T4 fan. They are very quiet and it's plenty for my 4x4. Even the low settings (3-4) it pulls in the tent sides a bit. Do some research on their inline fan T series controllers. They aren't quite as "programable" and useful as it might appear and unless you upgrade to their new "Controller 67" which is a smart programmable controller. The inside probe with the outside temp and humidity readout is convienant on both types though. I have a mars hydro light in a smaller tent like yours and it works but I went with a HLG for the 4x4 once I researched and learned more about better light options. I highly recommend the HLG lights and their Quantum boards in either turnkey or kit, but do a little research and you'll find plenty of comments on both brands. Good luck!

Do you think I could flower a 2x4 with an hlg 300? Their website says 3x3 but the 350 says 3x5. It doesn’t look like they have a happy medium unless I get two sabres which are sold out.

It would work kinda. I have a 300l RSpec and really like it. Not the perfect choice for a 2x4 shape/size and you wouldn't get their listed optimum growth in flower. Take a look at the quantum board kits like this one.
260W XL QB V2 Rspec LED Kit
It specifically lists 4x4 veg and 2x4 flower. The rspecs are good all around grow lights. Don't let the kit scare you off. They are very simple to assemble. It's more of an assembly than a build by far. It's driver is dimmable also. Do a search and use a discount code and the price drops 10%. I'd post the code here but it's from another web site and I don't want to make waves. PM me if you can't find one that works.
