Hey guys noob grower here again .
I am in week 6 of veg. I have lst trained my girls for about 3 weeks now . I didnt know you werent suppose to tie it tight. Also seems the plastic coated garden wire i used was wrong as well. Sigh you live and you learn .

I tried removing 2 of them and the branches almost snapped off. I supported them with zip ties and with some duct tape. Sigh im so sad. All my hard work and now i might lose it all ...was plannin to flower in a 2 weeks time.

So fellers did i permanently kill my plants? Will they continue growing out and eventually snap off by force? I have cut all the ties to relieve the tension . Some are cut deep some are so so . Scared to touch or unwrap anything again risking breakage. Should i just tape em up or what?

Have no clue what to do . And searched everywhere online. Seems like not many idiots like me making this mistake.

Any input would be appreciated. This community board is one of the most responsive and helpful. Thanks in advance.

i'd remove them, ive heard good things about duct tape to wrap and support broken limbs. will only get worse if you leave it. pretty sure they'll live and be fine. buy soft ties

Things I'll never do again for $600 Alex. RIP. Gently remove and paint with Clonex or Liquid Seaweed.

Take your time removing them and I'm sure you'll eventually get them off with minimal damage. I use cotton twine and tie the branches with a basic loop knot, the cotton is more gentle than metal wire and the loop makes them easily adjustable while giving the branches all the room they need to grow.
