I finally got around to fixing my Lumigrows with bum fans.

The ES 330 early revisions use (3) 60x60x25mm, dual ball bearing Orion. (My problem here was a poorly assembled connector.)
OD6025-24HB; 24V, 0.15A, 25cfm, 3800rpm
To replace, remove all twelve fan guard bolts and the blue center plate comes loose.

The 92mm fans I've seen in Lumigrow units are Sunon "maglev" with vapo-shit bearings or sumthin'. Ribbed frame fans should have been used, besides.
ME92252V1-0000-A99, same as ME92252V1-000U-A99
24V, 2.1W, 51.5cfm, 3000rpm

Here are two 92mm replacement fans that are designed to be "through bolted", ribs reinforce the flanges:

Edit: I think the NMB is a regular flange--I ordered the San Ace from Mouser.com.

Edit the 60mm fan data: should be 4500 rpm. I was very happy with Mouser.com sending me a ten pack of San Ace 92mm fans so I ordered a ten pack of the 60mm made in Japan series, 109R0624S402. (Sanyo Denki 109P0924H402 for the 92mm.)

The 60mm San Ace fans were made in the Philipines.

Lumigrow used ball bearing Sunons in the original version of the ES165 (centrally mounted 92mm fan).
KD2409PTB1 24VDC 1.9W 2800rpm

Sunon spec sheet says 49 CFM but that must be cubic meters per hour instead, so figure 29CFM.
Edit post #1 for the same Sunon error: should be 30CFM.

The SanAce92 are noisier than a non-ball bearing design but they feel and work like a real piece of equipment.

An open letter to the venture capitalists, MBAs and cost accountants that know how to drive a pretty good company into the ground: FUCK YOU
