I started off using general 3 part then recently did a couple runs with H&G then this run was vegamatrix & supercoco

sorry for the slow reply.. for yield id have to say with h&g and general 3 part your yield should be pretty large compared to vegamatrix which has a better flavor and a smaller yield.. again ive only ran vegamatrix one time.
