Made a mistake will they be damaged?

Just started week two of flower and I am in happy frog soul and I grow organic. I was watering today and it was a water only day and I grabbed the wrong jug and water two of my plants about 7.7 PH. Immediately after I had noticed I went ahead and ran about a gallon thru both plants of 6.3

should I be ok?

You should be fine plenty of people don't ph water and use sink water unless running hydro systems

I believe so. I've never ph'd anything and mine are just fine. Plus, it's just the once, right?

Yes.Just the once and ran 6.3 thru after

I've done what you did...didnt notice anything. Like mentioned, plenty of people never PH'd their water. Alot of the oldschool guys werent able to PH their water and grew fire bud

The only time tap water is an issue is if it’s treated with chlorine then you have to increase your CalMag some to compensate
