that looks fire manThe method I did for my 1st attempt is I decided on 16 colas. I mainlined 2 plants and one was a male! Was told it was feminized seed lol. I basically pinched off all the bottom few growth tips and should have cut a few more up the plant IMO. I grew Ethos Citral Glue as mainline. I flipped at 26-30" and final stretch was to 49-50" yield was huge. I got 11 quart jars with 2 of them as kinda larfy non dense budzzzz I'll use on the vape. I only got 12 jars out of the other 3 plants total. 2 being larf mix for the vape. Very happy with mainline. I know theres more sativa in the Citral Glue than the Obama Kush and Dracarys. Dracarys is fire! Really liked that pheno. They are ALL fire but Dracarys stood apart for me. View attachment 1001075
dayam...good job bro..thats from the 3 plants? so you find it better with mainline+scrog?Hey man, ended up with 303 grams total on the mainline/Scrog!
Made rosin out of two ounces lolView attachment 1004662View attachment 1004663View attachment 1004664View attachment 1004665View attachment 1004666
I thought about Scrog but I like to be able to pull my plants out to defoliate until they are too big and spin them around after that as I only have access to one side of the tent. I use thick wire tomato cage for support. Works well. So far lol I have so much experience with my one growdayam...good job bro..thats from the 3 plants? so you find it better with mainline+scrog?
so you think you're gonna get a better result with 8 colas? you did 16 this time no?I thought about Scrog but I like to be able to pull my plants out to defoliate until they are too big and spin them around after that as I only have access to one side of the tent. I plan on doing 8 colas on more strains this time. 16 colas on the Citral glue took up half the light footprint I have. Was a hell of a plant. Yes on the 16 colas. I will be able to do two strains in the same spot as the one 16 cola spot. I can say that the citral glue put out as much as the 2 Obama Kush and one Katsu's Dracarys with the LST method. Maybe a few jars less. Different strains of course but if you are only wanting to do a plant or two I highly recommend 16 cola mainline. I want to try 2 plants in that same footprint. Pretty cool.so you think you're gonna get a better result with 8 colas? you did 16 this time no?
what's your footprint right now? so in your opinion you think 8 cola will yield more than the 16 cola?Yes on the 16 colas. I will be able to do two strains in the same spot as the one 16 cola spot. Right now I have 3×8' footprint. 16 will yield more but I want to try more strains. I can fit 3 plants with 8 colas vs 2 plants in same area...I think lol. Thus I can try 3 strains instead of 2. That's basically what I meant. The Citral Glue 16 cola plant was massive lol over 36"×36" 50" tall. Huge yield of nice nugzzz.what is your foot print right now?

how many ounce did you say you got from the 16 colas grow?Right now I have 3×8' footprint. 16 will yield more but I want to try more strains. I really haven't weighed what I have but probably in the neighborhood of 8??? I vegged for about 10-12 weeks? Lol I would have to go over my grow diary to know for sure. I just vegged to about 30 inches.how many ounce did you say you got from the 16 colas grow?
so you got 8 zip from 1 light or per plant?I really haven't weighed what I have but probably in the neighborhood of 8??? I vegged for about 10-12 weeks? Lol I would have to go over my grow diary to know for sure. I just vegged to about 30 inches.
I got 13 qt jars with about 20% headroom. 2 are what I call fluff or larfy bud but looks too good to toss and I don't know how to do concentrate yet. And there is still some light from the edge for the plant next to it. I lined up 4 plants all along my back 8ft wall of an 8×4 tent and butted up 2 Green Sunshine ES300 V2'S and a mars hrdro cheapie that was given to me. HUGE difference in the bud under the 300s. Mars still worked ok but Im sure the 300 was hitting the plant under the mars from the edge a bit. I have not weighed anything as I have no need to weigh it.so you got 8 zip from 1 light or per plant?
Could be a menorahYes on the 16 colas. I will be able to do two strains in the same spot as the one 16 cola spot. Wow, thanks. I can't wait to try this."Main-Lining"
The act of training a cannabis plant to form a "hub" or "manifold" off a single node, creating a center for equal energy distribution from the roots to each cola.
See that main-lined marijuana plant at harvest.... Nothing but huge, dense buds!
Hub: A place or thing that forms the effective center of an activity, region, or network.
Manifold: A pipe or chamber branching into several openings, "the pipeline manifold"
..
The result of main-lining marijuana is an even canopy and bigger yields with little extra effort.
No more larfy popcorn buds stealing energy away from the main colas!
Here's a few more marijuana main-lining pictures so you can see what I mean about the effortlessly even canopy. Main-lining is effective for increasing yields both indoors and outdoors.
Outdoors - Greater stealth & control
Indoors - Easy flat canopies & bigger yields with the same grow lights
me too, I'm about to make my first cut, can't wait to see how it turns out by the end, I LOVE the pics of mainlined plants.Wow, thanks. I can't wait to try this.
Yeah, this is interesting. Curiously enough I have been messing with plants in a similar way but not with that deep of a cut. A few adjustments might even make it work better. So glad to see this one.me too, I'm about to make my first cut, can't wait to see how it turns out by the end, I LOVE the pics of mainlined plants.
I'd go one plant 16 colas. I do 4 plants in a 4x4 area with no room to spare. Unless you are wanting to try 2 different strains for variety purposes. I'd go sativa hybrid on one or indica on 2 plants per that footprint. I will always mainline my plants. I love the production and watching it grow into a bushy monster.im really interested in manifolding/ mainlining. how much vertical clearance do you guys have? I ask as im using a 3 x 3 x 7 tent, think I could do 2 plants at once with 8 colas apiece? for now I have a 330w led thats working great at the moment for the 4 I have in their right now. planning on scrogging this grow when it comes in on Wednesday.
