I've been saying the same thing. This guy is a piece of crap and has stolen tens of thousand of dollars from Americans for many years. There must be 500 complaints from people either getting no seeds delivered, or they were shit seeds, or they wouldn't pop. He's getting everything he deserves. PASS THE VASALINE BOYS!!!

I think the guy has done way more good then harm.

I don’t know much about all this "stealing of money" or "sending of crappy seeds". All I do know is that the guy makes loads of people think about Cannabis and question the governments laws. He plants the seeds of rebellion in peoples minds every time he speaks, and that is very important. We all know that without seeds nothing can grow.

Its not the man that should be scrutinized or rallied behind. Its the Idea. The idea of Mark Emery, the concept that he represents "now" is what’s important. Not the man he may have been 15 years ago.

There are too few Cannabis warriors out there willing to put their necks on the chopping block for the greater good. Don’t just throw this one away because of an old bias.

when you say people not getting seeds or them not popping is this from personal experience or the some shit you read on the internet? we all know how reliable a source of info the internet is! where do you get this 500 complaint number anyhow?

ever think maybe customs had something to do with people not getting seeds?

canadian customs are known to be anal and extremely efficient - in the 90's people I know were hacking DTV, and all the gear came out of canada because it wasnt illegal to hack DTV there at that time.

the canadian customs snagged quite a good chunk of card writers and programmed H and HU cards people were sending here - because it was illegal in the states.

for anybody here to say I hope he gets fucked in the ass in jail is fucking major bad karma, and remember what we are doing is illegal in the eyes of the feds and at anytime it could be you (or me) getting fucked in the ass in jail...

the whole reason he is in jail is because he said fuck the gov and donated MILLIONS of dollars to pro legalization groups.

Well, I've done my time in jail for growing so I feel I've earned the right to comment on the subject. My opinion is he hides behind the legalizing issue to fuel his life style. He never thought he'd get serious time so he spit in the authorities faces- big deal! If you believe he hasn't pocketed and hidden mucho bucks, you're living in a fantasy world. He's a poor excuse for a business man and what ever success he's had, it's at the hands of customers that trusted him.......... For those who are unsure, just do a few searches and look at all the complaints lodged against him over the years.

I do not like the guy.
I do not like the thing's I have heard him say about american's.\
Talk all the crap about our governmeant you want.
But he attacked the american people themselves.
I do not wish him in jail for his comment's or seed selling That is just wrong.
I would be happy to see him arrested for any theft's against customer's.
Other than that he is a little bitch for what he said. And just like Michael moore he had better never run into me in public.

Well i have no opinion about Marc himself good or bad. What i do see is someone willing to take a stance for millions. I do no think anyone should be prossecuted for MJ and that it should be an adult decission. This being said....i am holding a rally up here in Bellingham this sat for the cause...

This is why the Gov. gets away with the shit they get away with because we can't even agree to disagee on somthing as simple as Marc Emery . I think it's sad that alot of you guys feel this way towards Marc Emery...this man has donated most of his proceeds back to ending marijuana prohibiton from his seed sales, he doesn't live in a mansion, he doesn't drive fancy cars and I have witnessed first hand his kindness to those in need. You should ask yourselves what you have done for the cause because I know some of you wouldn't have much to say!! Help us move forward in the fight, not backwards. Some of you really need to get your facts straight also! And I agree with Headband707, this is exactly where the governments want us, to be fighting against one another instead of together for the cause.
