Nor was he charged with distributing bunk seeds, or for non-delivery.

He has however, been charged by a foriegn government while on soveriegn soil, for actions that were not only legal at the time according to Canadian legislation, but he also paid taxes on the products he did declare.

If he has harsh words against a country that extends it's invasive actions onto foriegn soil, and put him in peril of the justice system, who can blame him?

His transgressions against his customers will be resolved through karma, but this has NOTHING to do with his past business practices.

Emery is an embarrasment to the canna community. From his behavior to his appearance, he's not the sort of representation the average canna user needs.

Not only is he a clown, but I have experienced first hand, many moons ago, that he is a rip off artist and that also includes ripping off the sick and dying.
