My day job takes me away from home way too fucking much and you can almost count on being out of town when the jars need burping at some point. I went out and bought these CVault thingamajigs..... Which really aren't anything more than light-tight, air-tight stainless steel containers. The real secret ingredient is the Boveda 62 humidipaks that you use in the containers. My last harvest I dried for 7 days then into the CVaults for a day, burped once for 10 minutes, then they were closed for 3 weeks straight while I was on vacation and such. It did a really nice job with the cure y'all. Just sayin it's a reasonable option for this dry ass state.
