Mars Hydro TS1000 Settings Confirmed

Good Morning everyone. I was getting conflicting information on the proper settings for the Mars Hydro TS1000 so I decided to email Mars directly. Below is their suggestions for the light. The only thing I am concerned about is during the seedling stage, which I am currently in, they suggest to run the light at 50% which puts the LUX value well above the 5k to 7k range. I have set my light per their direction and will update if anything changes.

Hey bud, hope all is well! Let us know how it went? Any stretching, or other signs to look out for?
Personally I start my seedlings under a T5 under they outgrow it, or bottom leaves start to look gloomy. Then I stick them under the TS1000.
Also, do your buds get larfy? I'm trying to experiment and get these buds dense! It seems the "smaller" plants have more density, where as my larger ones may be larfy? Might be other factors, but just cur6how it works for you? Thanks, happy growing!
