Hi guys,

plants are in 2nd week of flower.

I have what looks like a pest problem. I have noticed these marks on the leaves but not sure if they are normal or is it something to worry about. Cant see any insects above or below the leaves on near the flowers. I have just managed to deal with a minor gnat fly issue which is now very much under control. Can upload more pics if needed.

Thanks

It looks like an minor Ahpid infestation.
I’ve dealt with these before

Ok thanks, based from what you can see will neem oil be ok to use to cure. Any other methods to help?

I’m sitting here just realizing I told you the wrong thing , I meant to say thrips. A quick google search will help they aren’t hard to get rid of

Don't go curing anything. Unless you actually see bugs or TRUE symptoms.

It's safe to say you don't have an infestation from those pics. Even slight PH swings will cause the leaves to look worse than that.
Always keep an eye out, and use precaution went entertaining your garden, however thoes look very healthy, and vibrant. When the bad bugs come, you know it

I am starting to grow again since I was around 20 an now I'm 43, seems there's alot of changes mostly for the good some the other. One being my age lol. Well I never had any issues with the "gnat flies" till recently. I was wondering how you got rid of them, what causes them and are they able to munch on leaf tips? This was the first i have read about someone else having them so thought I would ask. Thank You so much for any info you can share.
