Oh yes I did get a pack of those as a freebee with my last order! I was suprized to see such quality seed being given away as a freebee!

All but one Super Hero seed has sunk this morning.None of this batch of seeds are very old, most would be under two year old seed. And it snowed lightly again last night! It`s lightly raining now though. Looks like rain/snow through the end of the month. It`s really getting old fast being pinned up in this RV and wanting to get stuff done outside!

I am just staring my friend! It will take me awhile to get set up to grow Sativa plants up here at 2800 ft. The weather starts earlyer than in the valley and without good greenhouses you could lose the longer flowering plants before they finish.

On the up note I just showed the property to the guy my friend had set up a meet with and he is very intrested in renting the upper 5 acres. He ownes 1/2 intrest in a Cali despensery and would have the cash to put in the road, water and I`d have help once in awhile in the way of labor for other projects. He was more intrested in buying the property but after I told him we could come to arangements on a 3-4 year lease with possible option to buy he became more intrested. I already stated I may want to move on and find an other location in a few years anyway.

Also the seeds are starting to show tails already!

They want a contract. The last place they were growing sold out the property after the first year. They`re looking to make a three year contract and really want to buy the property out right. I gess if I do sign a contract or lease agreement I should define things that could be a problem with them being so close to me. I don`t want cars racing back and forth making dust,Don`t want to see trash piles all over because they don`t want to do dump runs,or a bunch of broken down cars all over the property, ect. Also they want a set price for rents I`m not to greedy on that I just want help getting into and setting up the first year and if it works out good with them a small amount per month after that. What would be a fair price for rent anyway? I`d have to include up keep on the road, fiences, and such . Will they want to be burning up my fire wood? I`m not really sure what would be a fair price for rent. At this point I`d just want a little helping hand with some labor on some of my projects like the fience ,pole cover to my trailor and maybe putting up my greenhouse. After that enough to cover some of my bills like Property taxes, phone, internet and satalite fee. Also keeping the property lines fire safe, ect.

I got alot to get done today if it stays sunny.Bunch of sprouts need in cups also!

Yeh,I'd probably look into someone that knows about that..Also gonna need to set down those rules, keep a low profile,no inviteing your dumbass friends that wanna party and do dumbshit..If you know these guys, and the type of people they are(character),then I'd say go for it..If you don't know these guys, and just know them from a friend, might be sketchy..

The guy who I talked to is a busness man, He owns 1/2 intrest in a Cali Despencery and is the money behind the operation. He has been growing for some time now but he himself doesn`t smoke. His crew is all family. My biggest problem with the operation is he wants everything up to snuff,Building permits, inspections( even with LEO ),ect. He doesn`t do Shady. Problem I have is where I want things built right and run under the State laws(AMAP),I don`t want to invite the Goverment on my property ,not there consern as I see it. I beleave in Soverien Property rights! Oh forgot He owns an armed security company that he will be using for security of his grow. He also has Banks/Armerd Cars as clients for the secuity company. This guy has the money to make money. He is well known for investing in legalization of MMJ. He is also planning on putting in comercial Greenhouses that would operate year around.

What I`m thinking is I really want to do my own thing. I can`t get started without some kind of help but any investers I`ve found want things done there way. Maybe I should rent out my property and at some point when I have the money to do it right ,sell and start in a new location. I could use some of the money in refreshing my stock along the way and after I relocate, start up MC seeds with a bang. I know with the invatory of strains I have I can do very well given the chance. I`d even have the cash to relocate in Europe this way if I wanted like Soma did.

On the here and now, all seeds popped and I have all but the Danberry Blue in cups.I plan on planting them when the sun comes up. There is a light rain outside, but it is a warm rain. This is the first warm storm of Spring and is a little early. I think it is going to start out a wet Spring this year.

So with a contract like that,if anything happens to the other business, yours can and will be drawn into it. Working with someone who is allready working with the feds cant be good. Armor cars services are under several fed dept. and have too deal with them.....

No Security Gaurds are under State lic. His company is licenced in Cali. He isn`t involved with the Feds in any way.The Banks are though and they are the ones who hire the security company to transport moneys.

I`m more worried about the Feds shutting the despencery down he owns.Seems many are already gone. He could find no market for his product at some point and then what would happen to the contract is what I`m thinking.

Actually they do work with them under the progarm called (straight off there site of CA Justicies Dept. who controls the State Burea of Investigiations Dept. which gurards get there lic from)
Campaign Against Marijuana Planting (CAMP)

The CAMP program along with our local, state, and federal partner agencies will continue to eradicate the large scale illegal marijuana cultivations from public and private lands that cause deforestation, damage to wildlife habitats, pose danger to our citizens, and hazardous-chemical pollutions. And we all know the feds call all grows illegal,so be very careful when iy comes to putting your name on something.

Security companies don`t work with CAMP which is State run and largely funded by the Fedral Goverment. Gaurds and Security Companies do get Licenced through the State Dept. of Justis though. Not the same thing, hell I`ve had a gaurd card before as I was employed as a bouncer at a bar/club for awhile at one point.

Maybe work some sort of deal where he gets 3 years free rent but he pays for the green house and upgrades to the land, also try to get a small portion of the greenhouse to grow your meds and at the end of the lease you get the green house and upgrades. That may be worth it for you, otherwise just paying rent unless it's really high might be a bust. There has to be so,e short of deal that you both come out on top of.

I`m only renting the upper 5 acres. I`m still going to be on the lower 5 acres. I like to do my own thing and will be working on putting in a greenhouse ASAP. First year will be free because he is putting so much money into the property and still needs to start up his grow. After that I just want a small amount of rent to keep things up and having the comfort that help is near by if needed.

Rethink it. As others have stated *his* exposure is *your* exposure in all ways. If they come in on him they'll get you and you are the one with the most to lose. It's your land not his.

There will be less than 99 plants on my property. Everyone involved will be 215 ,even the trimmers. There are no limits in this county. The county supers tryed to pass a land use law that would have only allowed 12 on a 10 acre parcel but a petition was passed to put it on the next election. They got 5 x the amount needed to place it to a vote of the people. The supers removed there petty law. Keeping an eye on that election and of course voting! I`m thinking of putting in a few ship cargo containers under the ground and only growing 12-30 uptop in a greenhouse if needed. It would keep pollen away from unwanted females anyway. Kind of thinging underground,LOL!

I`m wanting lots of other plants as well,Nice veggie garden, fruit trees, fruit bushes & plants ,coffee, herbs, ect. then there maybe a hot tub, patio with BBQ and stuff, compost bin, warm farm, smoke house, ect. I`m thinking of stripping all the brush, oak, and pine and adding redwood trees to the remaining Insence Cedar on the property. May leave the few Madrone trees. It may take years but I plan on turning the proprty into a `Mother Earth ` style Self-Sufficient organic farm/ranch and the rest of the property like a well managed park.

That`s if I keep the place. If not then I`ll find a place in the foot hills and do my thing there.

Well all it takes is Money or Hard work or some of both. Yep Then all I`ll need is a hot chick to sit in my hot tub with me. Wify died so I`ll have to order me new an one!

Been looking but not much luck around here. Seems all the age apropreate ones that are worth anything are taken. I seem cursed with only under age girls taking a look see at me... I dated a gal awhile back that I met from friends. She had a job and one kid. She was going to school ,then I found out the school was High School! She turned out to only be 16 yrs old! She was devorced and legal ...but!

Then I met a nice 21 year old model that was in UC Chico but she had to go back to the Phillippines after school because of her visa. I did have a GF that was just 20 yrs less than me.We lived in the cottage behind her mother`s house for awhile. She was an ex-center fold and French. Her step dad used to get drunk and try to pick fights with me so I split. There was just to much drama involved with being so close to her family. Her mom loved me though!

Aint hard to pick em up, just hard to find a keeper!

Yeah well , Mark ya might keep in mind that this is an election year , then take into account the big push lst year in several counties , then think ***really*** hard about which counties invited the Feds right on in..........

You do as you wish , but a great many folks are pulling their horns way , way in this next season, It's barely April and ya got bad haircuts and shiny shoes in multiple identical suburbans with funny plates meeting in numbers in certain locales.

I'd given pretty good odds that they *really* try to make an "example" out of Calif and Colo this next year , convenient and easy target that will bring lots of exploitable press to be manipulated for the election and the specific candidate , " doing something in the War On Drugs" and all that Nixonian bullshit.
