Well I done it,I kicked the cat! Didn`t help any but the poor cat deserved it ! It let a mouse get away today!!! Lazy dam cat. Anyway I broke down some moving boxes, the rings from last years grow and folded the landscape fabric and plastic used last year to tent my plants in the rain. Next is fix those water tanks and a plastic table ans work on the brush fence. I`ll start work on the road to the water after that. I haven`t even used half of the 125 gal tank of water I had already so no hurry for water. Son called and he`s sending me a couple hundred and it`s getting near pay day. I`m not broke anyway just a little low for this project. I feel better, can you feel it?

Go ahead and kick the cat LOL. I'm not a cat lover, but we've got 3 of them ourselves and 4 dogs. I bet your getting tired of no cold drinks as well, thats what I missed when I went to outward bound, was in the boundry waters for 33 days and drank all our water out of the lakes. All we had was a little coolaid to add for a little flavor, but it was all luke warm. There is 2 things I really like about our airstream, the shower could hold 3 people(I always get yelled at for taking too long of a shower) and the shitter, you can put your arms straight out to the side and not hit anything when crapping. That sold me on the thing. I feel your pain my friend, hopefully there's some good news coming your way soon. Sometimes it feels like every time you take a step you have to take 2 backwards. Keep your head up, you never know when good news/luck will knock on your door. I hope everything gets easier for you, take care my friend

I have a propane fridge so I got cold beer, cokes, bottled waters, ect. Also can cook on the stove or in the oven ,but like the BBQ best. Hey I even have ice cream! Shower and head are a little small as my trailor is a late 90`s Gulfstream.

Spent all day yesterday looking for a cement mixer. Found one at a yard sale for $75. Today I`m going to meet up with my son for lunch and he`s spotting me the 2 hundred. I`m also going to do laundry. I get so dirty out here and it`s really nice to get cleaned up and put on clean threads. Worm castings will be next them more mulch and green waste. I may not be able to mix it until the generator is fixed but I `m working on having everything here and ready to go. Always things to get done anyway.

You got a lot done MC and still a bunch left to go. Did you get the water tanks patched up so they'll hold water yet? Won't do much good to get them all planted and not be able to water them so they can spread their roots.
You're far enough off the beaten path that you can set up the hose and get you a shower outdoors. Especially on them hot days!
Keep on doing what you do and I'll keep lurking in the woods.

That`s the guy who sold me a MBZ in LA at one point. It had some great Jamacan Sativa seeds that I still grown with once in a while. I couldn`t understand the way he talked very well and I`m not into Rap music so I didn`t know who he was at the time.

I Got Power! I went down the hill to vote today and stopped by to check out when my generator would be done. They said at lest 10 more days so I asked if they had rentals, they didn`t, but they had a 3500 watt generator for sale that had been used one hour 4 years ago and the guy never drained the gas out. They rebuilt the carb and put a new gas tank on it and he didn`t have the money to pay for it. I picked it up for $300 and it runs great! It uses less than half the gas my bigger one uses and it`s very quiet also. They said my 10,000 watt generator can be picked up next month after my payday also. I have water presure, lights,I can vacume the RV carpit and run my cement mixer now!!! The bad is it rained yesterday and a little today so all the soil is wet.

I also picked up three more bags of lime. If I`m going to used native soil in my mix I`ll be needing it as it is very acid consentrated in the mountians. I still could use some worm castings but if I have to I can add some as a top dressing later.

Not really ,all my gas cans are empty! I drained what I could out of my other small generator and I did fill it`s tank before I brought it up the hill. I didn`t have my cans with me when I got it. If I can scrape up some moneys for soil and gas I`ll head down the hill and get supplied. Gas up here is 89 cents higher !

Will be taking and posting some pics soon !

Price last time I was in the valley was 4.09 per gal. Price up here at the only real store/gas station was 4.89 But it costs me $25 to make a round trip to the valley!
