Nothing to get excited about yet but these plants will grow and after being trained in a Screen of Green they`ll be much better by Oct.2014 .Half are much father along than the last few years at this point. I`ll be topping those to train for the SOG . About time to pour on the water and add some bacteria and tea. Maybe a dose of willow water followed by some coconut water for Organic hormones. Roots seem to be stretching and that`s what I`m after in the early part of the game. The vegetation will flourish when the root systems catch hold better. I need to do some work on the frame and get my plastic ordered soon also. I`ll need to get the screen up right after I top the larger ones. I`ll do the same to the smaller clones on the bottom rows when they get a little bigger. All of em look to be some interesting genetics.

Hey markscastle what are the benefits of using willow water for your plants. Doesn't that contain salicylic acid. I heard that Salicylic acid decreases trichomes.

It`s only used when the plants are small to stimulate root growth. It`s been used for hundreds of years by gardeners. The coconut water stimulates vegetative growth and also has natural plant hormones. First you need a good foundation for the plant, then a nice large plant with lots of nodes. Bud is determined by genetics, bud sites and environment. Trichomes are not the only factor in quality bud. I`ve seen buds that seem low in the frosting area but had very strong medical use just the same. Sativa strains tend to have less of the frosting but can still pack a punch! It`s not just how much frosting a bud has but also how strong the THC is in the frosting. It`s thought the plant puts out trichomes to protect it from UV radiation. This makes some since because buds grown in higher altitudes seem to be stronger. One more reason to smoke Mountain Grown Bud.

Like I said I`ll try to remember to take a few shots of the garden in the morning. Oh and thanks for your contribution of clones delae632 ! They`ll be the larger ones near the top half of the garden.

Ill post up my recipe,
Ceviche,
1 pound fresh fish diced
8 limes juiced
1 jalapeno diced(2 if you like it spicy)
2 tomatoes diced
5 green onions chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup parsley chopped
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8th cup cilantro chopped
Add the fish to a bowl and cover completely with the lime juice and refrigerate overnight, the fish will cook in the lime juice and turn white/opaque,pour off 1/2 of the lime juice and mix in all the other ingredients and your ready to eat!I like to eat it on crackers with a cold cerveza.

Actually it is cooked mark, the citric acid in the limes cooks the fish all the way through!

I celebrated the 4th by fetching two loads of water and started cleaning out the 325 gal water take so I can use it to mix teas. I mostly put the hoses together for the air compressor and worked on my cell phone. It went dead and then over heated while in the Blazer charging up. It had a heat warning go off right after the battery warning, then it had a little robot laying on it`s side with a blinking explanation mark and a yellow triangle with an x and then went blank. I put it in the freezer for long enough to cool it down then took the battery out and charged it and replaced it. I then rebooted it and it came back to life. Took me an nether hour to get the settings all fixed back up and reload the programs off the net. Better than it was before now. I may have to work on the three navigation programs . Also voice and maybe a few of the other more complicated programs. It seems to have got more space in the hard drive and the ram is cleared so I`m thinking I`ll check it out and then fix programs as I note problems. It just went through a little melt down so not going to be to surprised if it has a little Post Dramatic Stress Disorder to deal with. I`m just glad it didn`t have any hard ware problems . I have no idea if you can buy parts for an Galaxy 4 phone and I couldn`t see those small parts well enough to fix it if there were parts! I could trade it in for a newer model but it does more than I want now and has a great antenna. Also my Otter box cover wouldn`t fit the newest version.

Tomorrow my son wants to pull all the tools out of the tool shed so I can clean it up and organize it. I`ll see if I can service the two generators while I`m at it. I need a tool or two to service the generator in the motorhome. Always something to get done around here! I`m looking forward to getting the flat screen mounted and a shelf put in under it in the Motorhome. I`ve got a Blue ray DVD player and want it set up for HD satellite at some point. I`m putting most stuff off and making the plants the priority but there is some time to start cleaning up the camp and doing some over do chores.

Like I said ....so much to do! Brute is starting to respond and has let both my son and me give him small pets. He also enjoys playing fetch and tug of war. He still goes nuts when ever I start a truck and still attacks the tires! He`s been eating but less and I`m thinking it`s because it`s starting to get worm in the day time. He does all his eating at night now. Get lots of fresh cool water all day and drinks well.

Yep it will be nice when I get the front blocked up an other 2 inches so it`s level and stabilized so it doesn`t rock when you walk around in it. Doesn`t have as much room as it looks ether. 37 foot bumper to bumper but not enough room , gets tight going around the bed and I don`t have enough floor space. I keep kicking the cat`s dishes and spilling their water dish. I need to set up the two new solar panels on both the engine and shore batteries so I can use the inverter for my TV and stereo and not have to run the generator as much also. It`s an improvement anyway. I was surprised that with an on board 7000 watt generator you can`t run both front and back AC at the same time. It has a switch to send power to one or the other inside one of the overhead cabinets in the front. I do like the all oak cabinets and it has wood flooring in the kitchen.

Up late as I stayed up late last night. Back to work I go.....!

I been collecting all my paper , boxes , etc. to burn but it`s so dry I`m afraid to start a fire! May have to hull it all off because I can`t wait until Fall or I`ll be up to my neck in the krap ! Need to clean up around here better. With my diabetes under control and my weight down more all the time I seem to be able to stay on my feet a little longer without as much pain in my feet from the nerve damage. It`s helping but it`s a slow process for nerves to heal. It`s slowed me down a lot but every month I get a little better and can get more done. My son is doing most of the harder stuff this year. He`s a blessing ! He`s also learning as he goes.

Going for more water and going to finish cleaning out the 325 gal tank and start some tea for the plants. I`ll be topping the larger ones soon and putting up the screens for them this week. I also have the guy coming this week to widen the road so the office trailer can be backed into place and it should be delivered next weekend. At the same time my son has started pulling everything out of the tool shed so I can go through it and clean/organize it better as a start to the camp clean up. I`m thinking the next project will be to tear down all of thoughts boxes and put all the paper into trash bags to haul away instead of burning them. Need to make a spot to move his car so I can put up the solar panels next to the motorhome in the sun ! The wood needs to be stacked on the north wall of the tool shed as well . Didn`t get as much planted in the vegie garden as I would have liked to but it`s starting to take off well. I`ll take some pics of that soon also.
