CMH hands down...........
I have to agree... as far as all the spectrum studies done... it is the best so far. I remember about 5 years back plasma was supposed to be the end all... WAY expensive though.

I got the purple reign and am pretty happy with it. I should of got a ballast just like that but that would fire double ended bulbs tho!
to be honest i have had a 6 month long debate on what to do when it comes time to change out ballast/bulbs...
My considerations were cobs or cmh... My room is 71" max! Not a lot. Plus im rdwc so buckets are like 15" so you see im limited to certain configurations. room is 10x10.
I have entertained a couple ideas that are a lil more outside the norm... I will share for the sake of conversation.
The first idea is actually not my idea but something i seen online. but both my ideas gravitate around it. Im thinking line my buckets around the perimeter of the room and run 2 600 just like this.......

OR
my idea is to only use my buckets lined around the room in a U,,,,,,
with a Gavita shining horizontally from the other side of the room, and scrog the room out just like they have here! Im seriously seriously thinking about trying this!
This is the only way i can use a gavita due to ceiling height...
