Hello everyone,
This is my first time ever posting on a growing forum. Few years ago, I had a 5x4 tent and did few runs, then I had to sell everything because I had other projects.
Fast foward 6 years later, I live in a very tiny off grid space powered only by solar with a VERY precious battery bank. I managed to make room for a veg cardboard i did myself(obviously) and also for one of the smallest grow tent I could find that fitted my space.
I am hoping to start a perpetual grow.
It has to be efficient in everyway.
SPACE wise, ENERGY wise, but also RESULTS wise (don’t want to spend all that energy only for a small dry oz if you know what I mean).
The challenge is big, but I feel confident its doable.
SO HERE’S THE SETUP :
: BLUE GELATO bagseed
VEG :
️ : 16x12x18 cardboard (lol)
: AC infinity ionbeams S11 (4 led bars displaying 7,5w each, dimmable 1-10, typically used as supplemental lighting) ~30W
: Passive air intake + 1x12v PC extraction fan ~3W
BLOOM :
️: 28x18x24
: 2 kits of AC infinity ionbeams S16 (8 led bars displaying 10,5w each, dimmable 1-10, typically used for supplemental lighting) ~84W
: Passive air intake, 2x12v PC fan for air circulation and 1x4 inches inline fan for air extraction (and carbon filter) ~12,6W
: 17’’x13’’x5’’ Hempy bucket (~5US gal). Bottom 1 inch filled with perlite, then garden fabric topped with coco/perlite (full hydroponic)
Using advanced nutrients sensi grow/bloom A/B regular
Design top to bottom :
23-24 inches : Lights
18-23 inches : Lights distance / PC fan
10-18 inches : Canopy
10 inches : SCROG tight 2’’x2’’ netting
5-10 inches : Plant height / PC fan
0-5 inches : Pot / growing medium
: Total blooming setup, if everything runs at 100%, INCLUDING a plugged GoPro, draws EXACTLY 100W from the wall.
You can add another 33 watts if veg cardboard also runs at 100% (which most likely none of both ever will to be honest)
I am in NO WAY an expert, only a hobbyist grower who wants to archive something that doesn’t seem to have much experimentation/documentation, which is successful grows with a ridiculously low ceiling.
I will document the grow here, post pictures and most likely ask for help if needed.
Here’s some pictures of both my cardboard and tent as well as the 4 plants I started. Hoping to get at least a female out of these 4.
If you made it this far, you’re a legend brother (and sister!!!!!)

Feel free to express your opinion (or concerns?
) about my setup!
Until then, enjoy your life and have fun
