Mile high mikes clones??

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this guy. I am ready to get some new clones for my next round in my uc system, and I found this website. The big bud and the purple elephant cought my eye.

He said that he has the mother of the plant in his gallery with the bud next to the wine bottle. Looks impressive but it could be just hype..

What do you guys think??

Elephant Bud is from that ~joke~ BC Seeds.

Perhaps he is trying to reclaim the 495$ he paid for his pack of seeds.

Dont mess with it. Find someone else. Someone trustworthy or order some seeds so you can be guaranteed the real deal. Wish you luck

BC Seeds or whoever it was advertising the Elephant. etc, were definitely making claims that could not legally be refuted. Complete and utter BS.
That doesn't necessarily mean that Mile High Mike is a jerk or a con artist.
However, he is posting some silliness on his website, concerning AK-47:

"Legend has it that this strain was almost eradicated during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in the 80’s. Some strain enthusiasts flew in and flew out with enough seeds to cultivate the strain into what we see today."
Laughin my f-ing ass off. Really? I happen to have a strain whose mama was cultivated in Russian-occupied Afghanistan, and the AK was not even conceived until much later.

Mile High Mike may not be a con artist, but I'd bet my next paycheck (harvest) that you can do better by germinating seeds purchased from THCBay here on the Farm.

In the meantime, get in touch with locals and make friends. One of them may be willing to share a clone or two for you to run while you wait on beans.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have my first run going strong right now, Id say my best grow ever. I logged it in the hydro section. I have cuts from a local disp, suposedly I have G13, Northern lights, and blue dream. I also popped some sensi big bud (fems) I got 3 strong females from seed. I took clones of everything, and my rooms are at 2 and 3 weeks 12/12. I am at a the point where I have to start vegging for the next round. I can only veg 16 plants. So its kind of hard to choose which plants to veg not knowing the quality/yield of what I have going right now. I'm def doing one side of the g13 and NL. but on the other side I want to do clones of the sensi big bud and something else that will run along side the bb.

I stumbled across mile high mikes on the internet and didnt see much feedback about him. after reading all the disses and the krappy reviews of the BC sees co it leaves me wondering why he would post them up on his website. However, he does make a disclaimer about his cuts to take them with a grain of salt. Which seems respectable. Maybee he did spend the money for the outrageous price on seeds and found some good genes. Who knows. They were prompt in returning my email and seem legit.

Maybe Ill get some of his best clones and run them side by side with my best Sensi big bud. From his pic it looks a lot like Krustys BC big bud.

I have an acquaintance that is running the Elephant and Mt. Everest Skunk. To me, its just bud, nothing special...i doubt it tests as high as they say, I'd like to see if this guy would get this nugs tested....

Saw this guy & spoke w him at one of the conventions a while back... they also had that real tall guy that Corry had originally made his claim to fame... both claims from both guys on yields & their 'method' are basic hydro, just cramming monster yielders in there... old school hydro for yields.

So, yeah GM... if they hit their upper limits in weight... likely pretty damn bs for smoke/experience. He's likely pushing the production samples, to meet his claims on the weight... so smoke will be... bs.

BTW... I have a method to yield you 4LB per Light in 49 Days. Please send me some money & I will promise to tell you all about it. You can trust me... it works & is super easy... just money growing on trees, I tell ya! ;-)

Thanks, Summit, for clearing that up. I'm not out to falsely accuse.
I did more research and talked to some folks... long story short, I cannot vouch for the man or his methods, but his meds are good.

I Havnt posted in ages, and the only reason i will is to clarify something for folks that dont konw, bcbd, although a bunch of fucks(the owners not the forum members) are not the ones with elephant bud, that is bc seeds, bcbd are a bunch of hacks yes, but they did not do that strain. I say stay away from both.

elephant bud or its the euforia or super euforia they were selling at£2000 for 10 reduced sale price, stay away from them all, bc seeds,high MIKE,all want your money for shoddy reproduced genetics, buying seeds or cuts can be a nightmare for a noobie, if they havent got someone to guide you through the rip off artists, the bigger the medical scene has got more of these creatures are seeing £££$$$

I'm in agreeance with devious d. You never really know what you're getting unless it's from a reputable breeder with lots of experience. One reason I buy seeds from reputable breeders is so I know what i'm getting, plus I like to run my own cuts, not some cut from a 7-11 type clone shop. Who knows what you're getting in there, probably PM and some kinda supermite.

PFF! 36% THC my ass! that just discredited mile high mike. Grow it out and take it to full spectrum labs and have it tested before you start making claims of 36% thc. The highest I have heard of is 27% and that's pretty rediculous.

Yeah I just heard someone tested some Chemdog 91 at 27%, but 36% wtf? Anyone can tell thats bullshit. Unless, of course, its water cured.

I never did like Mile High Mike's claims on his grow class, it seemed like that spam was all over the net.

It went something like, pay me a bunch of money so i can teach you how to grow with no previous knowledge and with advanced or master grow techniques. Also use the kiss principle at the same time and you'll be yielding 2+ a light in 2-3 months guaranteed. lmao.

It seriously looked like a get rich scam and of course it was on craigslist.

Sputnik, the highest rating I've seen from Full Spectrum was 30%, from a ChemHaze that my buddy grew (who is on here, but shall remain unnamed). Even he didn't believe it, we all think that someone got the pay off. The same plant had tested only 26% on the previous run. On the 30% run, he let the plant go an extra week, and he also used the HortiBlue bulbs through the entire bloom cycle.

That said, I think any claims of over 25-30+% by breeders are almost guaranteed to be a hoax or marketing scheme.

I like testing and having a tangible number, but by no means does any of that actually mean anything to the patient or grower. 2 different samples from the very same plant from the same room can show different stats, so what does it really tell you? And from what I've seen tested, my favorite super-potent sativas, hazes, etc. all tend to score in the upper teens, 15-19%...and that high is more enjoyable than a boring indica hybrid that scores in the mid-20%s.

Just my 2 cents!
