Are these good predatory mites or bad bugs that will hurt my plants

Typically if the bug moves fast it is a predatory bug and if they move slow they are damaging your plant. Not sure what bugs you have there tho as I have not had much issues with pest’s

Look at images online and notice what are called stove pipes. There are 2 and they are on the ass of the bugs. If they have stove pipes they are root aphids.
