Mold? mildew?

Anyone know if there is a certain way i should deal with this? Can i just wipe it off or what? Master kush on week 9 veg in coco inside greenhouse. Its been wicked rainy and wet the past couple days.

Last picture looks like an aphid is hanging out I'm not sure you got mold vs a bug problem and thats some kinda webbing or shit from the bugs asshole.

Ya i double checked, def not a bug even though it looks like one. Not ruling out the possibility of it being bug shit though like webbing.

Aphids are smaller, looks like a leafhopper nymph and thats the slime they leave. Definitely a bad bug.
