Get ur self a little fan to blow across the medium. I' a soil grower but think that would help. Mold loves damp humid conditions with no air moving around

When asking a question it is very helpful to include as much info on the problem as possible...lights, temps, rh, stage of growth, nutes used etc....this being said, if mold is there its because conditions are right and the mold spores were about...and these 2 things are the important things to look@...
The spores were about... well, they are just about everywhere but one should TRY to ensure the growroom is as free of spores as is possible to get.
The conditions were right...your medium's surface is too moist and warm. You need some constant air movement to dry the surface some and flutter the plants...dont have the pots sitting in standing water...if possible let them get a little dry before watering again.

Ways to treat this vary depending on wh@one can get or chooses to use. H2O2 WILL kill the mold but there may be other spores. It will also kill of all beneficial micro-organisms, so is not the best option....there are beneficial organics [bacteria, fungi etc...] one might also consider or there is Greencure and other potassium based products.
