Moldy Soil - Is it Safe?

So I opened a bag of FFOF soil 6 weeks ago. Wrapped it up and put half a bag in a plastic tote. A few days ago I used the same soil for 4 seedlings (They seem to be doing fine). I did not notice anything wrong with the soil. Today, I went to put another seedling in a solo cup and opened the bag of soil to see a grayish fury mold growing on top. I threw the soil away and I am wondering if my seedlings should be next. I do not want this to give me issues down the road. Should I scrap it all and start over fresh?

I have had whitish mold on the promix and on ocean forest from closing the soil bin tight. I just scooped it off. Never became a problem. I did leave the lid loose after that. Didnt grow back.
