Hello my fellow green thumbs, so here in the valley of California I get those ferocious destroyers of Cannabis, caterpillars.

A few days ago I discovered one chowing down on one of my ladies and thankfully caught it in time before it did major damage pictured here:

And so I went through all my plants and made sure there weren't any on my other plants and thankfully that was the only plant that had a destroyer(as I like to call them lol) however I have been finding these tiny white sack looking things, pictured here:

But I'm not sure if they're the caterpillar eggs or not? I've looked online at butterfly/moth eggs and the pictures I've seen were eggs bundled up on the leaves and I couldn't for the life of me find what these sacks are. There's not a lot of them and they're only singley planted on the fan leaves throughout the plant so whatever it is laying these only puts one egg per fan leaf, does anyone know if these are the caterpillar eggs? Also the caterpillars I get are the regular green caterpillars.

Try putting an affected leaf in a jar and letting it hatch.

Good idea haha, I'll go ahead and do that but I'll continue to keep squishing the rest so they don't hatch lol

Dr Bonners peppermint hemp pure castile soap (1TBSP/L) and 1 tsp canola oil (or olive oil) I would hit them before flowering starts to occur, and it will help keep any mold/pest away...

That's what I use prophylactically anyhow. You don't want this happening, and they won't screw with a plant that's got a little peppermint soap on it... (cinnamon, neem, cayenne) all work though, take your choice. I just like the hemp/peppermint combo

As for the eggs, you've certainly got some sort of them. I don't know for sure.
