Well a couple days ago I ran a bunch of water through my plants. Today I got the Sledgehammer and ran a gallon through each plant.
Why are my plants praying so hard all the time? Is that part of the issue also?

What do you all think is a good way to start over? Top dress half strength Gaia? Or less? Was going to water with kelp and Great White. Ideas or thoughts

I don’t think the amount of Gaia that you put in will matter much. Gaia green is an organic nutrient. The plant will only use what it needs and leave the rest in the soil. Gaia also takes about 2 weeks before it even starts feeding the plant. So if you add it now the plant wont start using it for another two weeks. By the looks of it that may be too long for your plants. I would personally use some type of synthetic fertilizer for now so it gets what it needs right away.

That’s what I use. And yea keep on your same watering schedule. Let it get dry, then feed. Start with 1/4 strength the first feeding then 1/2 strength the second and so on. Synthetics can burn your plants if you use too much too fast. If your leaf tips start turning white/brown then you’re a little heavy on your feeding.(but that’s where I like to be). I have a black sugar from seedsman going now. The mother of it was grown with Gaia green products and the one I have going now was with the fox farm grow big and some epsome salt. The ff grow is looking a lot better than the Gaia grow. This is the grow big plant I’ll see if I can find some pics of the Gaia grow. Im not knocking Gaia. I love the once a month feeding aspect. I just have a hard time remembering the feeding schedule over a month span lol. Another thing I just thought of. Do you let your tap water sit out for 24 hrs before watering?

No i don't let it sit out. I've had multiple grows with the same water lol. Never let it sit out. I grow in the ground and can't see watering all 6 of them with anything but a hose.

Yea that makes sense. I let mine for my indoor plants sit out but use the hose for my outdoor lol I don’t even know why I do what I do half the time. Just what I’ve always done lol. Hopefully the flush and some fresh feed will get you on the right track again. They’re not looking terrible so don’t get too stressed about it. And whatever you try, give it time to work. It’s still early in the season and plenty of time to recover. Good luck I’ll be following along to see how you’re making out.

My only concern is dryback.. it takes a considerably long time. Maybe a week or even a bit more.

Yeah, in my opinion, that’s a little too long! But if you can keep them alive long enough for them to get bigger, they will aid with that!

Well they haven't been in full sun all day before now. They may dry back sooner. They are only little 1 gallon pots.

I thought they were larger! They should be drying out two days max! I thought you were in at least five! Kind of assuming you are up potting out of them? If you aren’t planning on up potting, you might wanna think about it!

I can up pot them but didn't think it was time yet. They're supposed to be in the ground now. Im going to have to dig all the soil out of the holes and add a shit ton of perlite. It should be close to i belive 20 percent to 25 % perlite. There is some stone in the soil to aid in drainage. Im honestly thinking i may need to add a whole bag of perlite into each hole. The big ones from home depot. The holes are roughly 30 gallons. I also dug at the soil in the holes. Its got a 2 inch crust and is damp below that. They may have gotten hit by the sprinklers 1 time. This is after at least 1 month.
