do what you can without hurting yourself,Like Broken said help would be nice. The light looks good now i couldn't see the #s but i'm hoping you have 1,2 &6 under the cob.I'M on SSD myself they have a family benefit for your children or a care giver.a grand a month & a free bedroom should make it easy to find a nice young one to help you out.
so you think i should move the babys over to the LED, and the older plants to the COB? if so i can try i guess. also i had the COBV way to high before.. since it wont burn your plants i should of had them on top by a couple of inches i think.all light is good some is just better than others. the type of training you are doing needs plenty of light to grow a plant with a strong structure to support all the extra bud weight.
not a LED guy here bro...maybe some of these other guys can help u out...rock on brothai moved them and lowered the COB as close as i could with all the lights on..
so we see if it was worth the effort.

With all the light your going to start to see lots of branches starting on those ones you are training.a little extra stretch but it should work fine.i have Grown under a net indoors for the last 4 grows and have improved my output with each grow.

basic rule of thumb...hold ur hand under lights at plant level.....if its hot on ur hand .....its hot on ur babies, dig?
