I don't know about the breakdown these chemicals. But I assume if the micro organisms break down the silica into salicitic acid for plant absorption the same applies to the potassium molecules.
I am not a real organic farmer. Bottled organics is still just fertigation.
But your comment just may have made me really start understanding what I might want in my own mix.
I can always make 1 or 2 pots with the little bags of inputs right in the ocean forest to see how it goes without risking much.

I'm gonna make some of that salve you gave me the recipe to real soon. A close family member has fibromyalga and lupus and wants to try some too. I would be using it in my back. nope.. im in a manufacture home.. none of my facets have threads... if something breaks you have to go the special section in home depot. laughs.. these cracker jack houses are a joke.. give me a old Victorian brick house any day :dI mean a hose in the house. Get a hose adapter if needed for a sink or fawcet and they even have quick connects.
Then hobble back and disconnect it when you are done
