Light - Floraflex 700w @ 14” dimmed to 220w

Medium - 3 Gallon fabric pot of Foxfarm Coco Loco

Nutes - Megacrop 1-part + Seakelp extract @ about 2g per gallon

Ok feel free to tell me what other information I should provide.
Im not sure what these browning spots are so I thought to seek help from some experienced growers. Thanks in advance

Newer grower. Offering an opinion. Wait for others ✌️

I don’t bother with PH in soil . I think the brown spots are from where nutrient water was splashed in them.

The light yellow makes me think asking for N 🤓💨✌️

Edit the taco leaves indicate maybe too much light 👍

Honestly…

The new growth looks great!

So I wouldn’t worry about the old stuff getting brown on the edges unless it spreads!

That crappy stuff is probably just from environmental issues earlier on imo

English please .lockout never heard of it eather.

Lockout is when the pH of your medium is too high or too low and the plants can't absorb some nutrients. Extremely rare to happen when pH is too low, ( well below 7 which is neutral and acidic or 'sour') but very common when pH is too high, (above 7 which is alkaline or 'sweet').

Lockout also happens when the balance of some nutrients interferes with the uptake of other nutrients locking them out from the plant causing deficiencies which will show up in the leaves.

pH is a very complex subject and even tho I have a diploma in environmental chemistry can be a real puzzle to ferret out problems with plants as so many factors like soil composition and whatever the grower has added to it has an effect on it.

Here's a chart that may help.

High there Justcallmet

Tho new here I'm not new to pot forums or helping myself and many others with plant problems. Grew my first buds from bagseed in '78 then on and off over the years until moving to northern Alberta in Feb '01 with 6 hash plant clones then never a day passed that I didn't have pot plants growing in my house until a year or so ago when I decided to take a break. Just too much freakin' pot all over the house to need to grow. :)

I only once tried coco 20 years ago and it went badly. I later learned it was my fault for using unwashed coco that came in a rock hard compressed brick and was loaded with salt. I took a look at the Fox Farm site for yours and it claims to be triple washed so salt shouldn't be an issue with yours. Pretty piss-poor info at their site on it IMO. Coco is a hoarder of Ca and Mg so most growers pre-charge it with a strong dose of CalMag if the coco they have doesn't come pre-charged like the bag of Canna Coco I bought a few years back and haven't used yet.

What I'm seeing from the first pic is low Mg which causes yellowing between the veins first. Low N causes yellowing across the whole leaf starting, like Mg and other mobile nutrients, with older fan leaves first as when mobile nutes are low the plants can steal them from old leaves to use them in new growth which will stay healthy until the condition becomes chronic.

Magnesium

Those necrotic spots on some lower leaves looks like low P but I'm pretty sure this isn't a lockout but low nute levels all round. I have used MegaCrop before and grew great plants in ProMix HP with it until flowering then it didn't seem to work so well. The stuff I had was version 2 and they've made changes to it since then so it might work better in flower than my experience.

I do have a 3lb, unopened bag of MegaCrop from a giveaway they had a couple years ago at another pot forum. Says for vegging plants like yours to use 4g/gal or 1g/L/Qt. I would suggest you double your dosage your next watering and see if things don't improve.

Whenever I had damaged leaves like that and made changes I would use a clean pair of Fiskars or any scissors to cut off the damaged parts of the leaves but leave what's healthy to see if the problem showed up again after trying to fix it.

I did most of my growing in DWC from '01 using Rubbermaid tubs or ProMix then some years back stopped doing DWC and just used ProMix with AN 3-part pH Perfect nutes. Easiest grows ever. The only supplement from AN I used was the Big Bud and after a couple of side-by-side experiments hated to flower without it. As I only used RO or distilled water I added a bit of CalMag but any brand will do plus Epsom Salts from the drug store. I tried going organic using ProMix as my base and bought a lot of different Gaia Green products for nutes but wasn't as good as the hydro nutes. Worked great outdoors growing autos right in the ground tho. Then they started growing hemp a few miles north of me and shut down my outdoor growing.

The best indoor grows I've seen using coco have multiple waterings per day which is a lot of work compared to ProMix where you only water when the pots get light so can be once a week depending on how big the plants are in relation to the size of the pots. I would up-pot once they needed water every 2 days and also cut the bottom inch or more off the bottom of the rootball to get rid of all the roots wound around down there and even shave off the sides if there were long roots there too.

This is one of the best nute charts I've ever found so copy it for reference. Takes some detective work to suss out deficiency problems but there's lots of clues in the chart to help. I have a couple of good grow bibles to dig into as well.

Good luck and good growing!

ok I've been trying to stay between 6-7 and raise it to about 2' ?

I wouldn't worry about your pH with MegaCrop unless you are using hard water then I'd start using RO or distilled water instead. You might want to be turning up the light soon rather than increasing the distance as I see no signs of light damage/bleaching. I use HIDs and would have a 600W light on full about 18" or closer above plants that size. I always keep a 12 oscillating fan on low wafting air across the canopy to help with heat and keep the air in the grow room well mixed for even temps all over.

Here's my 2 cents about your grow............get that humidifier away from the plant.
Any suggestions on placement? I have the hose attachment and in the picture with it misting shows my entire floor space
