By the breeder’s description 10-11 weeks to maturity from germination and they are 8 weeks. Interestingly enough the youngest (by 4 days) is the most mature with the most orange stigmas and fat bracts, tallest with the largest internode stretch. They still have lots of clear trichs so at least a week but likely longer.How much longer do they have ?
Several years ago I tried to grow giant pumpkins in those plastic crates as the gophers are bad here. I lined them with cardboard, filled with soil and started. Frickin gophers ate through the bottom of that hard plastic and killed the plant. The gophers here are badass

I’m guessing that will turn into a little tiny bud!I’m naming her Shelley. Gave her some food and water today.
