Looks like at one point it was very dry, judging by the dead looking leaves towards the bottom. The drooping can be caused from not allowing the soil to dry in between waterings. Id wait for the soil to dry up a bit then give it some nutrients. Looks like she's hungry and that's probably what the yellowing is from.

is it hotter in your grow room than the rest of your house? if it is then its too hot for your girl, what kind of grow medium is that? Soil or that stuff that looks like soil but has no nutes in it (I am high and cant remember the name lol)

Its soil. And the air is the same as the rest of the house. And I'll post a pic of her today...doing worse :/ I watered her with just water today to maybe flush out too much nutes idk if it was a bad decision

Everybody has good idea's, but without the correct info of your grow you cannot expect an accurate diagnoses. You don't have anything to tell you the temperature or relative humidity?? Go to Lowes and get a thermostat with a hygrometer for under $5, those 2 conditions alone if left unchecked could cost you hundreds of dollars worth of bud and it only cost a couple dollars for a cheap one thats better then nothing. What lights are you using?? What cooling system, if any, are you using?? What type of water and nutrients are you using?? You need to do alot more reading before you start your next grow. I apologize if I came on really harsh, but the simple things you overlooked in this grow is why your plant is suffering so much.

What brand of soil is that? Is it high or low CEC, we need to know your medium. If its a f,w,w or a f,f,w for nutrients. It just plain looks overwatered and heat stress. Best idea is flush it, if it looks worse, its an enviromental problem. If it gets better, it was a nutrient/ph problem.
