Why are my plants leafs turning yellow for at a young stage

Need to know what you are doing to them and with what you are doing it with.
Lights?
Soil?
How often are you watering?
Why are you watering when you water? Soil dry, just feel you need to, etc....
hows the drainage in your container?

I think I'm watering to much IDK cause now I'm some of them there looks like there is mold in soil

Water when the container feels light. Just before they start to droop. Cannabis likes the soil to get from wet to dry before watering.
