My preflowers are purple and orange

Recently ive been growing and S1 seed of Gelato41 that has been having great growth but weird signs. The first one was purple fan leaf stem while the entire root structure stood green.
Now i am on week 3 of flower day 20 & my preflowers started becoming purple and orange does anyone know if this is okay or problem ?

Purple petioles can be the early stages of magnesium deficiency. I would sprinkle a handful of epsom salt on top of the soil before the next watering if it were mine.

What does Epsom Salt do? I have not heard this before... I am new as well

Epsom salt is magnesium and sulphur, it has plant feeding instructions on the package. Find it at walmart near the pharmacy.

I actually have a bag here at home but it doesnt have any mention of plants on it. It is Dr. Teals Pure Epsom Salt

Good to know I have another source of Mg on hand. My plants havent shown any need for it yet I do not believe but always good to have information.
