I have 2 girl scout cookie clones one ice they've been fine of recently no issues had a slight gnat issue sprayed neem and rechanged the top soil after letting them soil dry out for a few days to let the gnats dye out the guy who gave me the clones comes by to help but he is a newer grower as well the girls are in 2 gallon buckets with dirt as the grow medium for nutes using Humboldt A n B base with calmag 1 tsp of each in a gallon of water with a pinch of pH down at 6.5 on pH the grower added baking powder to help stop the gnat problem since I ran out of neem they where fine yesterday then come in today and completely almost fried can I still salvage this grow before all this hard work and electricity is wasted using a 250 watt vivosun light and running a small fan on my 12 12 light cycle if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it

Sounds like the baking powder didn't help? I wouldn't keep them, they're not going to live anyway, might as well start a new seed Good luck!

Lol baking soda is an alkaline so that probably just murdered the ph! Try washing the soil and getting it back to 6.5 it may save them. Next time you have gnats use a little bowl of apple cider vinegar. Cover it with plastic wrap and poke a single hole in the middle. The gnats will go for the vinegar, wont be able to get out and will drown. Leave the bowl for a week or so, and any babies that they made should go straight for it as well instead of trying to lay more eggs in the soil.
