I’m not watering to often, I don’t water until the soil is completely dry. I’m just kinda stumped because my last the and first grows I never had a single issue with anything so now I’m just panicking

So after adding a little extra calmag the plants noticeably perked up and responded very well but today I’m noticing a little discoloration and burn on the tips of a few Leafs. Does anyone had a clue or any idea what this may be? I plan on switching to flower in the next few days so I would definitely hope to correct this issue before I do so. HELP! Haha and even with this issue the girls still seem to be overall healthy so I have no idea what’s wrong this time .
